    "It's the time of year when the New Year arrives, and the warmest time of the year when emotions run high," as the Spring Festival is approaching, the Party Committee of Hefei Light Machinery, the Party Committee of Zhongchen Light Machinery, the trade union, and senior leaders have launched a series of "I will do something for the people, warmth in the New Year" activities.


      In the cold winter days, Hefei Light Machinery Party Committee paid a visit to retired old cadres, struggling old employees, and old party members, sending them the deep concern of the organization and best wishes for the festival. Vice Secretary and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission Jiang Zuojun visited each family and had a warm conversation with them, inquiring about their family life and health conditions in detail, and carefully listening to their requests. He advised them to take care of their health and safety, and have a peaceful and warm Lunar New Year. He also presented them with care packages and cash. The visit and care activities made the old comrades feel the concern of the Party organization and the warmth of the big family.
 

     
       The Party committee, trade union, and leaders of various departments of Zhongchen Light Machinery visited and expressed their New Year greetings to the families of employees who were working at clients' sites to install and debug equipment, bringing them the care and greetings of the organization. This warmth at the end of the year and the beginning of the year made the employees and their families who were fighting on the front line of clients feel relieved and greatly boosted and solidified the work confidence of all cadres and employees. Many of them sent thank-you letters to Chairman, President, and General Manager Zha Zhengwang. In the letters, they expressed that they would practice the corporate culture of Zhongchen Light Machinery and embody the work philosophy of "loving Zhongchen Light Machinery is loving oneself, and loving oneself means loving Zhongchen Light Machinery" in their actual work.






      On the afternoon of January 25th, the Party branch of Zhongchen Light Machinery visited and consoled the employees with difficulties within the company and provided them with condolence money. During the consolation, Gao Yibing, a member of the Party committee, on behalf of the company, thanked the employees for their hard work and selfless dedication, stating that the company not only cared about their lives but was also willing to solve the practical difficulties they faced in work and life for them. The warm and heartening words and caring inquiries made the employees feel warm and happy!  




      In 2022, the company will combine the "I Will Do Something Practical for the People" practical activity, actively seek government support policies, implement good care for employees, and continuously enhance the company's cohesion and sense of direction.
